What to do if my router does not have signal?
  1. Make sure that your LOCATION has a signal. You can use your mobile phone or other devices to check signal availability in your location.
  2. Also, make sure that the SIMCARD is working properly.
  3. If these two are checked and still there is no signal on your router, factory reset your device.
  4. If the factory reset did not fix the issue, call your nearest service center or hotline support to get a repair or replacement
What to do if I cannot access my router's Web User Interface (WebUI)?

It is recommended to factory reset your device and relog-in to the WebUI using the default credentials. 

How do I factory reset my router?

There are two (2) ways to factory reset your router.                                                            

  1. Factory reset via WebUI --- Login to your WebUI, go to settings and look for the option to factory reset your device. 
  2. Factory reset via reset button --- Power on your router and then look for the reset button. Some devices require a pin to press the button while in some devices, the reset button can be pressed directly. Press the reset button for 10 seconds and then wait for it to reboot. It takes about 1-2 minutes for the router to reboot.
